  • 1 cup grated carrots
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Potsticker wrappers
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, chicken, green onions, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Place about 1 tablespoon of filling in the center of each potsticker wrapper. Moisten edges with water and fold into half-moon shapes; seal tightly.
  3. Heat a large pot over medium heat and cook potstickers for 5–7 minutes until they float.
  4. In the same pot, combine coconut milk and chicken broth; stir in lime juice and fish sauce. Simmer gently.
  5. Return cooked potstickers to the broth for an additional few minutes before serving.
