  • 1214 dumpling wrappers
  • 200g ground chicken
  • ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 1 clove garlic (grated)
  • ½ teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Chili oil (for topping)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cabbage, grated garlic and ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Soften the dumpling wrappers by steaming or microwaving them briefly until flexible.
  3. Grease ramekins with oil. Layer one dumpling wrapper at the bottom of each ramekin followed by a spoonful of filling. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a wrapper on top.
  4. Cover ramekins with foil and steam for about 20 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving hot.
