Ingredients
- 12–14 dumpling wrappers
- 200g ground chicken
- ½ cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1 clove garlic (grated)
- ½ teaspoon ginger (grated)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Chili oil (for topping)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped cabbage, grated garlic and ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Soften the dumpling wrappers by steaming or microwaving them briefly until flexible.
- Grease ramekins with oil. Layer one dumpling wrapper at the bottom of each ramekin followed by a spoonful of filling. Repeat layering until all ingredients are used, finishing with a wrapper on top.
- Cover ramekins with foil and steam for about 20 minutes or bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes.
- Once cooked, drizzle with chili oil and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving hot.
