  • 4 large basil leaves (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 3 large tomatoes (sliced)
  • 2 avocados (sliced)
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • Sriracha sauce, kosher salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, chopped basil, minced garlic, and sriracha; season with salt and pepper.
  2. Lightly toast the whole wheat bread until golden brown.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture generously on each slice of toasted bread.
