  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté diced onion and minced garlic until translucent.
  2. Add crushed tomatoes, vegetable broth, dried basil, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer for about 20 minutes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, garlic powder; fold in shredded cheddar.
  4. Mix in milk and melted butter until combined.
