  • 3 cans (5 oz. each) tuna packed in water
  • 2 celery sticks, finely diced
  • ¼ cup red onion, finely diced
  • ¾ cup frozen peas, thawed
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup sweet relish
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon white vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • ¾ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 pinch cayenne (optional)
  • Pinch paprika

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by mixing mayonnaise, mustard, relish, lemon juice, and vinegar in a bowl; refrigerate.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook macaroni until al dente (about 7 minutes). Drain and cool under cold water.
  3. Cut hard-boiled eggs into pieces and set aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine macaroni with the chilled dressing, diced celery, red onion, peas, tuna, and egg pieces; gently stir.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish; garnish with green onions and paprika. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
