  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sugar cookie mix
  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup holiday sprinkles (divided)
  • 34 ounces almond bark or additional white chocolate for topping

Instructions

  1. In a double boiler, combine white chocolate chips, sugar cookie mix, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Heat on medium until melted and smooth.
  2. Stir continuously for 2-3 minutes after melting to ensure even consistency.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract and half the sprinkles; mix well.
  4. Line a 9×9” baking dish with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and smooth it out evenly. Press remaining sprinkles on top.
  6. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
  7. Lift out using parchment paper and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  8. Melt almond bark in increments and drizzle over the fudge if desired.
