  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk (1 can, divided)
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract (divided)
  • Red food coloring
  • 1/4 cup sprinkles (or other decorations)

Instructions

  1. Prepare an 8×8 inch baking dish by greasing or lining it with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt half of the white chocolate chips with half of the sweetened condensed milk in 30-second intervals until smooth. Stir in 1 teaspoon of vanilla and a pinch of salt.
  3. Add red food coloring to achieve your desired shade and fold in half of the sprinkles.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish, spreading evenly with a rubber spatula.
  5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the remaining ingredients.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 150 minutes or until firm.
